The Tandoor is a pit oven made from choice clays & natural binding agents. All meats, poultry & seafood are marinated overnight in a special sauce consisting of yogurt, ginger and garlic. Then are skewed & broiled over charcoal in the Tandoor. Tandoor is also used to turn out a most exciting variety of breads.
